Mikael Daez moves in to his new bachelor pad

As far as bachelor pads go, men usually don’t need a lot. A big television, a bed to sleep in, and probably some gaming consoles in addition to the most basic furniture are more than enough to keep them happy in their homes. Take Kapuso actor Mikael Daez, for example, who just moved into his new pad. He knew exactly what he needed and shared a photo of his place on Instagram. Practically bare and unfurnished, Mikael proudly showed off a part of his home, and the actor looked very pleased with it. He wrote, “When you’ve just moved in and don’t have any stuff… And I decided to get a TV first instead of a bed.” True enough, Mikael had a huge flatscreen television set up on the floor of his room. However, he has no bed and used comforters for a makeshift sleeping place. Aside from that, his room only had a chair, a small shelf, and a small crate. If only the actor did not admit that he had just moved in, then one would think that he’s following the Japanese minimalist sty...

Julie Anne San Jose flaunts body in new bikini photo

Singer-turned actress Julie Anne San Jose recently set the Internet on fire after her sizzling hot bikini photo was put up on her Instagram from a tropical getaway in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu in June. Time for a good weekend!” The second photo was Julie Anne, in the same bikini, placed atop a jetski. “Bitin but sulit trip! Tried to squeeze in some last minute adven...

BARBIE AND KEN TOGETHER: He says a girl outside showbiz is ideal for him. She says she won’t do a kissing scene on screen until she gets to be 25. With these quotable quotes, nowhere can you find a common ground between Ken Chan and Barbie Forteza, lead stars of a youth-oriented rom-com, “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter.” But, don’t be misled. Ken and Barbie are the best of friends, having worked together in the recently concluded hit series, “Meant to Be.” Ken believes it’s better that he maintained close friendly ties with his screen partners to keep the chemistry alive. That way, they avoid tension commonly attached to romantic relationships. ROMCOM FROM JOEL: The hot young stars, both from GMA Network, are reunited for the first time on the big screen by way of “This Time,” where they go under the direction of Joel Lamangan. Joel is better known for socio-political films. This time, he does it rom-com style and comes out of the experience a refreshed director. Joel says...
