As far as bachelor pads go, men usually don’t need a lot. A big television, a bed to sleep in, and probably some gaming consoles in addition to the most basic furniture are more than enough to keep them happy in their homes. Take Kapuso actor Mikael Daez, for example, who just moved into his new pad. He knew exactly what he needed and shared a photo of his place on Instagram. Practically bare and unfurnished, Mikael proudly showed off a part of his home, and the actor looked very pleased with it. He wrote, “When you’ve just moved in and don’t have any stuff… And I decided to get a TV first instead of a bed.” True enough, Mikael had a huge flatscreen television set up on the floor of his room. However, he has no bed and used comforters for a makeshift sleeping place. Aside from that, his room only had a chair, a small shelf, and a small crate. On November 12, Kapamilya star Anne Curtis finally tied the knot with her fiancé, food blogger Erwan Heussaff, in the picturesque country of New Zealand. They held their wedding ceremony among close friends and family members. Both are celebrities in their own right, so it was a gathering that had everyone curious. While photos from the wedding ceremony and reception were enough to satisfy the chismosa and chismoso in us, a wedding video trumps everything else because it makes us feel the raw emotions as the moments were documented.
On “It’s Showtime,” Anne and Erwan finally unveiled their wedding video beautifully arranged by renowned Filipino wedding videographer Jason Magbanua. It was also the first time that Erwan joined his wife on the “It’s Showtime” stage.
We all know that a Jason Magbanua-produced wedding video can touch the heart in all the right places.
According to ABS-CBN, the four-minute video began by showing the couple’s pre-wedding jitters – something that everyone about to get married experiences. Pre-wedding jitters are normal however, some people get carried away with them. That’s why there are some people who leave behind their betrothed at the altar. Have you seen the movie, “Runaway Bride”?
For Anne, a way to shake off the pre-wedding jitters was by jumping on the bed. On the other hand, Erwan appeared anxious, and said with conviction, “Let’s do it. No backing out now.”
Of course, the wedding video wouldn’t be complete without showing snippets of the quaint town of Queenstown where the ceremony took place.
The part that had everyone tearing up was Anne’s poignant walk down the aisle, as her emotional groom patiently waited at the altar. Of course, another touching moment was when Anne’s father finally handed her to her groom – a sign that he accepts Erwan as his son-in-law.

On the lighter side, the video also showed Anne and Erwan’s first kiss as Mr. and Mrs. Heussaff.
Since not everyone is able to watch the wedding video, Anne asked Jason to put together a preview for her fans. The 30-second clip showed the newlyweds embracing amidst a snow-capped mountain, as well as a sneak peek of their outdoor wedding ceremony.
Anne and Erwan were dating for more than five years when the latter proposed in December 2016 during their US trip together.
